abstract (57) [Summary] (with correction) [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for easily obtaining a high ratio of myeloid cells to erythroid cells (M / E ratio). SOLUTION: (1) A bone marrow fluid sample is divided into two samples, (2) One sample is mixed with a first hemolytic agent to lyse erythrocytes, mixed with a first staining solution containing a fluorescent dye and stained, and the other sample is mixed with a second hemolytic agent for myeloid immature cells.
