abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To enable simultaneous measurement of heat capacity spectroscopy and dielectric constant. A container includes a heater having an electrical resistance, which is thinly stacked on a base, a sample stacked on the heater, and a pair of electrodes for permittivity measurement arranged in the sample. And an electric current having an angular frequency of ω is supplied to the heater 22 to generate Joule heat in the heater, and a voltage having an angular frequency of 3ω generated at both ends of the heater is obtained. An apparatus and method for simultaneously measuring heat capacity spectroscopy and permittivity, wherein the product of conductivity is determined and the permittivity of a sample is determined by a pair of electrodes for measuring permittivity. |
