titleOfInvention | Method for regenerating unvulcanized rubber with advanced scorch |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To improve the fluidity of scorch-advanced unvulcanized rubber, which has become unusable in its intended use due to the progress of scorch. Provided is a method of regenerating a scorch-advanced unvulcanized rubber, which can restore scorch resistance and the like and obtain a vulcanized product having properties such as hardness and elastic modulus as designed under vulcanization conditions at the beginning of design. SOLUTION: An unvulcanized rubber composition containing 50% by weight or more of natural rubber with advanced scorch is used for N- (cyclohexylthio) phthalimide, sulfur, N, N'- A method for regenerating a scorch-advanced unvulcanized rubber, comprising mixing m-phenylenedimaleimide and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of sulfur-releasing vulcanization accelerators. |
