abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a rational production method for synthesizing a polyamide having a high melting point with respect to a boiling point of a diamine component as a raw material under normal pressure. When a raw material diamine component and a dicarboxylic acid component are subjected to a direct polycondensation reaction under pressure to synthesize a polyamide, an increase in the viscosity of the reaction product at the time of the temperature rise in the polycondensation reaction step is suppressed to increase the temperature. The polycondensation reaction is completed after the temperature is raised to a desired temperature for efficiency. |
