abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Problem] To provide a novel health food having a permanent stiffness / low back pain improvement effect other than an external preparation. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a health food containing (A) proanthocyanidin and (B) a food material derived from a lily plant. Preferably, a proanthocyanidin containing 20% by weight or more of OPC is used. The proanthocyanidins are pine bark, grape, blueberry, strawberry, avocado, pseudocacia, lingonberry fruit or seed, It is derived from barley, wheat, soybeans, black soybeans, cacao, peanut skins and ginkgo leaves. The lily plant is at least one selected from the group consisting of onion, garlic, green onion, leek, and rakkyo. |
