abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric compressor in which a coil is formed in a stator core of a motor unit by a plurality of conductor segments made of a rectangular copper wire, a part of which is in contact with the stator core when the conductor segment is bent. Thus, it is possible to prevent the insulation property from lowering at a low cost. SOLUTION: A slot portion 7 formed in a stator core 2 of an electric motor portion in which an electromagnetic steel plate 3 and a stator end plate 4 are laminated, When the conductor segment 8 made of a rectangular copper wire is inserted and the leg portion 8a protruding from the slot portion 7 is bent, a crack 13 is generated in the insulating paper 11, and a part of the conductor segment 8 (the bulge of the corner portion) is fixed. In order to avoid direct contact with the stator end plate 4 and the like, a cutout 28 is formed in a part of the slot portion 7 of the stator end plate 4. |
