titleOfInvention Resistor and ceramic fixed resistor
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a resistor and a ceramic fixed resistor in which a change in resistance value is suppressed. SOLUTION: In contrast to a SnO 2 -Sb 2 O 3 -based resistor composition in which a conductive material (SnO 2 .Sb 2 O 3 ) and a talc-calcium compound / barium compound as an insulating ceramic are mixed, an insulator is used. Forsterite-based porcelain as an aggregate is added to make a mixed material. By sintering this mixed material at a predetermined temperature (1245-1360 ° C.) to form a resistor, the rate of change ΔR of the resistance value with respect to the applied voltage of the resistor is improved.
