titleOfInvention Photocatalytic air purifier
abstract [57] [Problem] To remove various odorous components and harmful substances such as organic compounds in the air by drying using a photocatalyst and a light source which can be produced at a low temperature of 80 to 200 degrees Celsius or by heating at a heat resistant temperature range of a substrate. A photocatalytic air purifier that decomposes and purifies air efficiently is obtained. SOLUTION: After a hydrogen peroxide solution is allowed to act on a titanium hydroxide gel prepared from a titanium solution and a basic substance, the temperature becomes 8 degrees Celsius. A photocatalyst filter carrying a titania film by applying or impregnating a liquid in which titanium oxide fine particles composed of anatase obtained by heat treatment at 0 to 200 degrees are dispersed or coated on a thin plate-shaped substrate, and then drying or heat-treating the liquid. 3 is arranged so as to seal the middle of the air circulation path 2, a blower 4 is provided downstream of the photocatalytic filter 3, an opening / closing door 6 is provided on a side surface of the air circulation path 2, and a photocatalyst of the opening / closing door is provided. A photocatalyst air cleaning device was provided with an ultraviolet lamp 7 for irradiating ultraviolet light on the filter 3 side.
