titleOfInvention | Electrochromic display |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an EC display that can be easily made full-color, has excellent memory characteristics, and has greatly improved response speed, coloring efficiency, and repeated durability. A passive matrix is formed by sandwiching an electrolyte layer between a pair of transparent electrodes formed with a semiconductor nanoporous layer on at least one surface so that the semiconductor nanoporous layers face each other. EC having a structure of either a panel structure or an active matrix panel structure The display is an EC display in which the electrolyte contains an EC dye that reversibly develops or decolors black by at least one of an electrochemical oxidation reaction and a reduction reaction. |
