abstract (57) [Problem] To improve the productivity by simplifying the structure of a biosensor capable of rapidly, easily and accurately quantifying a specific component in a liquid sample such as glucose in blood, eliminating steps, and improving productivity. To When the electrode structure is such that the electrode portion and the electrode pad are connected by the lead portion, not only is the structure unstable, but also if the deposition process is performed twice, the adhesion between the films becomes poor. An electrode system is formed in an integral shape by simplifying a part or all of an electrode structure, thereby simplifying a film deposition process, stabilizing a film, and omitting unnecessary processes. Thereby, a biosensor can be easily manufactured.
