(A) A cellulase having 90% or more homology with the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 A liquid detergent composition comprising a mutant alkaline cellulase in which a glutamine residue at position 242 of SEQ ID NO: 1 or a position corresponding thereto is substituted with another amino acid residue.
