abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method for accurately quantifying the content of hydrogen peroxide in a mixture containing a quinone compound and hydrogen peroxide. SOLUTION: From a mixture containing a quinone compound represented by the following general formula (1) and / or (2) and hydrogen peroxide, hydrogen peroxide is extracted into water, and the hydrogen peroxide is redox-reduced. A method for quantifying hydrogen peroxide contained in the mixture, comprising titrating. (Wherein, R 1 to R 4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an aralkyl group. In the formula, two R 1 s may be the same or different, and two R 2s may be the same. May be different.)
