abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant film and a laminate film excellent in non-static property and whitening resistance, and a packaging bag excellent in non-static property and whitening resistance using the sealant film or the laminate film. SOLUTION: At least a support layer 1 mainly composed of a polyolefin resin and a heat seal layer 2 mainly composed of a polyolefin resin formed on the support layer 1 are provided. Is 500 V or less, and the half life of the saturated charged voltage is 30 seconds or less. A laminate film in which a base material layer 3 is laminated on a surface of the support layer 1 of the sealant film opposite to the surface on which the heat seal layer 2 is formed. A packaging bag formed using a sealant film or a laminate film.
