| abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a method and an apparatus for treating plant waste, which can surely produce fresh manure from plant waste such as plants in a short period of time. A plant waste treatment apparatus according to the present invention further comprises a rolling wood chopper 12 for finely cutting plant waste such as plants, and a plant waste finely cut by the rolling wood chopper 12 while pressurizing the same. A screw-type rotary mill 16 which is heated to a high temperature and pulverized by fine grinding, and a mixer 18 which mixes and agitates soil waste with the plant waste pulverized by the screw-type rotary mill 16 are provided. After the stirring by the mixer 18, the plant waste mixed with the soil bacteria is left in the fermentation vessel 20 and fermented to produce raw manure. |
