titleOfInvention | Decomposition method of dioxins |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a method for decomposing dioxins capable of decomposing and removing dioxins contained in fly ash and the like under conditions of good workability and handleability. SOLUTION: Chromic acid or chromate is added to suspension water of a dioxin-containing substance and water, and heated and boiled under acidic conditions. Alternatively, hypochlorite is added to a suspension of a dioxin-containing substance and water, and the mixture is heated and boiled in a neutral region. Dioxins can be decomposed at a temperature as low as the boiling point of the reaction solution, and highly efficient dioxins can be decomposed at low cost. |
