abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] When a cleaning liquid enters a minute gap formed between a ceramic substrate and a bonding member by cleaning a ceramic joined body with a cleaning liquid such as water or an organic solvent. However, the present invention provides a ceramic joined body that can completely remove the cleaning liquid in a short time. SOLUTION: This is a ceramic joined body in which a joining member is joined to a bottom surface of a ceramic substrate provided with a conductor on its surface or inside, and an edge of an end surface of the joining member facing the ceramic substrate. Has a chamfered shape.
