titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing solid electrolytic capacitor
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor capable of reducing ESR and preventing an increase in leakage current. SOLUTION: An anode foil and a cathode foil each having an oxide film layer formed on a surface thereof are wound through a separator to form a capacitor element, and the capacitor element is subjected to repair formation. Subsequently, the capacitor element was immersed in a mixture prepared by mixing a polymerizable monomer, an oxidizing agent, and a predetermined solvent, and the capacitor element was impregnated with the polymerizable monomer and the oxidizing agent. As described above, after preheating at a temperature lower than the heat polymerization temperature, heat polymerization is performed to cause a polymerization reaction of the conductive polymer in the capacitor element to form a solid electrolyte layer. After that, the capacitor element is inserted into an outer case, a sealing rubber is attached to the opening end, sealed by caulking, and then aged to form a solid electrolytic capacitor.
