titleOfInvention Oxide semiconductor electrode for photoelectric conversion and dye-sensitized solar cell
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide semiconductor electrode for photoelectric conversion which enables the use of a substrate made of a resin material, is excellent in energy conversion efficiency, and is environmentally friendly for mass production and the like. Provided is a dye-sensitized solar cell. SOLUTION: This is a dye-sensitized solar cell having a photoelectric conversion oxide semiconductor electrode having a dye formed on the surface, a counter electrode paired with the photoelectric conversion oxide semiconductor electrode, and a charge transfer layer contacting the electrodes. The oxide semiconductor electrode for photoelectric conversion includes a resin substrate having a conductive surface, an oxide semiconductor film formed on the conductive surface, and an organic dye formed on the oxide semiconductor film. The oxide semiconductor film is formed by spray-coating a sol or slurry of oxide semiconductor fine particles, and the oxide semiconductor film is mixed with a neutralization treatment solution before forming an organic dye. The contact processing is performed.
