titleOfInvention | Method for producing carbonaceous substance, carbonaceous substance obtained by the method, and activated carbon |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an industrially useful carbonaceous substance capable of suppressing corrosion of an apparatus and contamination of a final product, preventing heat storage, and mass-producing in a short time. To provide an industrially advantageous method for producing a carbonaceous substance which can be produced. Further, it is to provide a carbonaceous substance obtained by such a production method, and to provide an activated carbon obtained by activating the carbonaceous substance. SOLUTION: A polyvinyl alcohol-based resin or a molded product thereof to which a dehydrating agent is attached in an amount of 0.2% by weight or more and 1% by weight or less is used as a raw material. Under an atmosphere containing oxygen as a raw material, the gas flow rate per raw material input amount is 1 Nm 3 / A heat treatment is performed by a batch method of hr.kg or more or a continuous method in which a gas flow rate per raw material input amount is 1 Nm 3 / kg or more. Heat treatment is performed in an oxygen-containing gas of not more than volume% to obtain a carbonaceous substance, which is activated to be activated carbon. |
