titleOfInvention | Heat resistant adhesive |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a novel heat-resistant adhesive excellent in heat resistance and adhesive properties. SOLUTION: This is a heat-resistant adhesive containing dihydrobenzoxazine having a propargyl group, naphthoxazine or a polymer thereof (collectively referred to as propargyl group-containing xazine-based resin) as an essential component. As the propargyl group-containing xazine-based resin, a resin having a structure represented by the general formula (1) can be used. Embedded image (In the formula, Ar is a tetravalent aromatic residue generated from bisphenols such as bisphenol A and bishydroxynaphthalene, and R represents hydrogen or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms.) |
