titleOfInvention | Thermal recording medium |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording material having excellent color developing property and preservability of a recorded image area, particularly excellent in plasticizer resistance, oil resistance and water resistance. The object of the present invention is to provide a recording method for a thermosensitive recording medium comprising a support provided with a recording layer containing an electron-donating coloring dye precursor and an electron-accepting color developing compound which develops color under heating. The problem is solved by including a coating layer mainly composed of a water-soluble polymer compound on the layer and a titanium lactate compound as a crosslinking agent for crosslinking the hydrophilic group of the water-soluble polymer compound in the coating layer. |
