titleOfInvention Method for measuring cell abundance ratio in composite cell group
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a novel method for measuring the abundance ratio of specific cells contained in a complex cell group composed of a plurality of types of cells. A method for measuring the abundance ratio of a first cell and a second cell contained in a sample, comprising the steps of: (a) removing a part of a base at a recognition site of a restriction enzyme; 2) selecting a target sequence which is present in common to the two cells and contains the recognition site and the upstream and downstream nucleotide sequences thereof, and obtaining a primer for amplifying the target sequence; 1 Extracting nucleic acids from the cells and the second cell; (c) amplifying the nucleic acid extracted in (b) using the primer and polymerase obtained in (a) to obtain an amplification product, and (d) amplification obtained in (c). Reacting the product with the restriction enzyme to obtain a reaction solution, and (e) Determining the abundance ratio of the first cells and the second cells by measuring the abundance ratio for each length of the nucleic acid fragments in the reaction solution obtained in the above (d). .
