titleOfInvention Method for measuring target nucleic acid and kit therefor
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a method for measuring a target nucleic acid, which can easily detect SNP and quantify a target nucleic acid in a short time without requiring a skilled technique. SOLUTION: The target nucleic acid, a labeled probe hybridizing with the target nucleic acid, comprising a labeled nucleic acid, and a base complementary to a region in the target nucleic acid which is different from the region to which the labeled probe hybridizes. An unlabeled probe comprising a nucleic acid having a sequence, and a solid phase comprising a nucleic acid having a base sequence complementary to a region in the target nucleic acid, which is different from a region to which the labeled probe hybridizes, and which is bound to a support. Reacting with a labeled probe, and measuring the label of the labeled probe bound to the support, wherein the unlabeled probe hybridizes with an end region of the region, The present invention provides a method for measuring a target nucleic acid in which an end region of a region to which an immobilized probe hybridizes overlaps with an end region.
