titleOfInvention Electronic component mounting socket
abstract (57) Abstract: An electronic component mounting socket used for evaluating the characteristics of an electronic component such as a semiconductor element, and particularly used for mounting the electronic component on a mounting board for evaluation. It is an object of the present invention to realize an electronic component mounting socket capable of coping with miniaturization and narrowing of an electrode of an inspection object. A contact part is made of a conductive member, one end of which is provided along the circumference of a cylindrical elastic body having a restoring property, and the other end of which is connected to an external extraction electrode. When the component is mounted, one end side of the contact portion and the elastic body are deformed and the electronic component is clamped.
