titleOfInvention | Method for producing electrode for solid electrolyte |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to focus on ruthenium oxide as an electrode material for a solid electrolyte, and to maintain required physical properties such as high conductivity, high corrosion resistance, and high catalytic activity even at a high operating temperature. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an electrode for a solid electrolyte, which can form an electrode having a fine structure capable of maximizing and maintaining the original physical properties of ruthenium oxide. A method for manufacturing an electrode for a solid electrolyte according to the present invention comprises the steps of heating and vaporizing dipivaloyl methanate ruthenium as a raw material, and using an inert gas as a carrier gas to convert the vaporized raw material to oxygen gas. Along with, a step of transporting onto an oxygen ion-conductive solid electrolyte substrate made of zirconium oxide containing a stabilizer, decomposing the raw material on the solid electrolyte substrate at a predetermined temperature, consisting of particles having a uniform particle size Forming a ruthenium oxide electrode having a fine structure. |
