In general formulas (1) to (3), R 1 represents an alkyl group or an aryl group. R 2 , R 3 , R 4 and R 5 each independently represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group. R 2 and R 3 , or R 4 and R 5 May combine with each other to form a ring. Y represents an electron withdrawing group. X represents an acid radical. n represents a positive number of 0 or 5 or less.
