titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of thermal recording paper |
abstract | (57) Abstract: The present invention relates to the production of a thermosensitive recording paper obtained by applying a monolayer or multilayer aqueous coating solution to a continuously running support, and particularly to an undercoat layer, a thermosensitive recording layer, and a protective layer. It is an object of the present invention to provide a heat-sensitive recording paper having a large amount of coating on one side and preventing the curl of the multi-layer heat-sensitive recording paper from being applied in each coating step, and finally having no curl. A water-based heat-sensitive coating solution is applied to the front side of a continuously running support and dried, and then the water-based liquid is applied to the back side of the coated surface or sprayed and then dried. By incorporating the agent, the amount of water adhering was increased, and curling prevention was achieved. Furthermore, by using a polymer penetrant as the penetrant, especially by using ammonium polystyrenesulfonate, curl-free thermosensitive recording paper could be finally obtained. |
