titleOfInvention | Nonspecific nucleic acid amplification using polymerase chain reaction |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To detect a nucleic acid mutation from a dissociation curve or a dissociation pattern of a target double-stranded nucleic acid into a single strand, and to detect a nucleic acid mutation using a PCR method when performing nucleic acid amplification. And a method for obtaining a large number of nucleic acid amplification products at a time from the primer set. SOLUTION: A primer has a specific base sequence at the 3 ′ end, and an Ambientity Co at the 5 ′ end. Nucleic acid amplification is performed by the PCR method by adding one or several pairs of primers having a structure having a non-specific base sequence represented by rd and a structure similar thereto, thereby obtaining many amplification products of the target nucleic acid at a time. |
