abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a processed food such as "cotton" which is suitable for distribution, which is suitable for children and women, and which is excellent not only in taste but also in texture. SOLUTION: The internal organs of a sea rat (such as cotton) which is cut into appropriate lengths and contains at least salt containing cotton, and umeboshi with skin, which is removed from seeds and pulverized to a semi-broken state, is mixed. If this cotton or the like is frozen, it can be easily cut without losing its shape and without leakage of contents. Then, the water separated after thawing is removed and mixed with the half-broken umeboshi. The weight ratio of the cotton and the like is desirably 10 to 40%, and the dried plums preferably contain salt. |
