abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] A simple forming process, high resolution, high efficiency, A wide range of selectivity can be realized, and at the same time, analysis time and other operations can be shortened and operation can be simplified by conducting interaction analysis and separation / detection of substances using polymers in a single system. To provide a device having a functional polymer such as a protein to be immobilized thereon. SOLUTION: One step is performed by gelling a mixture of a solution of a functional polymer and a substance capable of phase conversion into a gel having a network structure such as alkoxysilane in a flow-through system such as a capillary. The gelation and the inclusion of the polymer were able to be performed. The obtained functional polymer-immobilized element is useful as a carrier for CEC and the like, and can be applied to separation, reaction, and detection of substances.
