abstract (57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a concentration separation / analysis system capable of effectively separating and concentrating extremely low-concentration components, having a high working efficiency, and capable of quantifying a trace amount of components, and an object thereof. It is to provide a device. The present invention comprises, in the first stage, a concentration / separation step by solid phase extraction using blue cotton as an adsorbent, and in the second stage, concentration / separation by a homogeneous liquid-liquid extraction method using a fluorinated surfactant. In the third stage of the process, there is provided a concentration / separation / analysis system and a device therefor, comprising a concentration / separation detection step by electrokinetic chromatography or reverse phase chromatography.
