abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a material having a sufficient antireflection performance only by a single-layer antireflection film. SOLUTION: Curing from a composition containing (A) a hydrolyzable organosilicon compound, (B) a hydrolyzable organosilicon compound having a fluorine atom in a molecule, and (C) a porous fine particle on a substrate surface. A transparent substrate provided with a coating is provided. The porous fine particles (C) are preferably silica fine particles, and it is also effective that the surface is coated with silica having a double structure or a composite oxide containing silica. When the cured film has a refractive index of 1.20 to 1.45 and a thickness of 0.01 to 1 μm, it functions as a film having an antireflection function. |
