abstract | (57) Abstract: The present invention provides a method and a product for producing perilla juice from raw perilla leaves. According to an embodiment, a manufacturing process of perilla juice is performed by heating water to boiling and then heating the water to 90 to 100 degrees Celsius. Steps 1 and 5 of adding 20 leaves of blue or red leaves of blue perilla or red perilla to 1 liter of hot water Stir for 2 minutes to make a solution after removing the strained Shiso leaves, and then add 40 ml of honey as a process of seasoning 1 liter of this solution with minerals, sugars and organic acids.
