titleOfInvention Fluid metering algorithm for variable speed pump driven metering system
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving a fluid metering amount of a metering system by using speed. The method includes adding a fluid flow diagram to substantially increase or decrease the speed of the motor during a portion of the metering cycle to improve the efficiency of the metering system. Changing between the units. With a variable speed pump that produces a sinusoidal velocity line, the pump motor speed can be accelerated at the beginning and end of the dispense phase to increase the dispense speed, reduce perfusion, and provide improved dosing. A constant speed flow can be generated by applying a motor speed line that is upside down to the motor speed line of the volume accuracy or variable speed pump. Alternatively or additionally, the home position of the variable speed pump can be shifted to produce a fluid velocity throughout the metering portion of the metering system cycle.
