abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a water stopping device for a gap between an outer peripheral surface of a segment in a shield method and a surrounding ground or a surrounding existing structure. SOLUTION: This is a water stop device for closing a gap between an outer peripheral surface of a segment assembled in a shield method and a surrounding ground or a structure already provided around the segment. The water stop member 2 protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the lock 5 and an operation member 3 that applies a pressing force to the water stop member 2. Here, the pushing force of the operation member 3 is obtained from the propulsion jack 81 of the shield machine 8. |
