titleOfInvention | Thermal recording material |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a heat-sensitive recording material with improved dispersion of a specific electron-accepting compound, excellent image quality, and good production suitability. In a thermosensitive recording material in which at least one thermosensitive recording layer and a protective layer are sequentially provided on a support, at least one of the thermosensitive recording layers includes an electron donating dye precursor and an electron accepting property. In the dispersion step of the electron-accepting compound, the compound represented by the following general formula (1) is included, and the pH after the dispersion step is in the range of 8.5 to 9.7. Characteristic heat-sensitive recording material. [Chemical 1] [In General Formula (1), R represents a hydrophobic group or a hydrophobic polymer, and n represents an integer of 4 to 20. ] |
