titleOfInvention | Ultraviolet light receiving element, ultraviolet light quantity measuring device, and ultraviolet light quantity measuring method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To stably prevent ultraviolet rays from a short wavelength light source, Another object of the present invention is to provide an ultraviolet light receiving element having high-speed response, and to provide an inexpensive ultraviolet light receiving element that is simple in manufacturing method. It is still another object of the present invention to provide an ultraviolet light quantity measuring device and an ultraviolet light quantity measuring method using the ultraviolet light receiving element having the above excellent characteristics. SOLUTION: A semiconductor layer containing at least one element selected from group IIIA elements and at least one element selected from group VA elements is provided on a surface of a substrate which absorbs ultraviolet rays to be emitted and generates fluorescence. An ultraviolet light receiving element formed, wherein ultraviolet light having a wavelength shorter than a minimum wavelength in a wavelength region capable of transmitting through the substrate is irradiated. |
