abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a nutritional food capable of ingesting nutrients similar to natto, particularly vitamin K2 which promotes absorption of calcium, without directly ingesting natto. In addition, the present invention provides a nutritional food which contains a large amount of vitamin K2, has a low fat content, has a good flavor, and has a good emulsifiability without using a very small amount of vitamin K2 such as margarine and butter. The problem is solved by a nutritional food containing natto oil. Specifically, proteins, sugars, lipids, various vitamins, Natto oil is included in nutritional foods containing minerals. |
