titleOfInvention | Rare earth permanent magnet and surface treatment method |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an R-TM- having a small deterioration in magnetic properties, excellent adhesion and high corrosion resistance even in a large magnet body. Provide a B-based permanent magnet. SOLUTION: The rare earth permanent magnet has a mass ratio of R (at least one kind of rare earth element including Y) of 5 to 40%, TM (at least one kind of transition metal mainly composed of Fe), and a part of other metals or non-metals. 52-90%, B0. It has a permanent magnet body composed of 2 to 8%, a substituted Cu plating layer formed on the surface thereof, and a two-layer electroless plating layer composed of an electroless Ni-P plating layer or an electroless Ni-B plating layer thicker than that. In the rare earth magnet, the displacement Cu plating layer has a thickness of 0.05 μm or more and 0.5 μm or less, and the electroless Ni—P layer or the electroless Ni—B layer has a thickness of 8 to 40 μm. Preferably, the thermal demagnetization rate of the permanent magnet body is 2% or less, and the adhesion strength of the two-layer electroless plating layer is 50 N / m or more. |
