abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a stretch fabric having a soft texture, a thin cloth, a drape feeling, an elegant grainy appearance, and a tactile feel. A processed yarn comprising a core yarn and a sheath yarn, wherein a polyurethane elastic fiber is used for the core yarn, one of the constituent components of the sheath yarn is polyethylene terephthalate as a main component, and the other constituent component is polytriethylene. A processed yarn comprising a polyester-based composite fiber of a side-by-side type or an eccentric sheath-core type containing methylene terephthalate as a main component and being false-twisted in the same direction as the pre-twist.
