titleOfInvention | Hydrogen reduction method of 4,8-dodecadienedinitrile |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-step safe and easy operation of a novel substance, a hydrogen reduction compound such as 1,12-dodecanediamine or dodecanedinitrile, which is useful as a 1212 nylon intermediate from 4,8-dodecadienedinitrile. It is to provide a method for producing with high yield. The object of the present invention is to provide a method in which a hydrogen reduction catalyst is used. The problem is solved by a method for reducing 4,8-dodecadienedinitrile with hydrogen, which comprises contacting 8-dodecadienedinitrile with hydrogen. Particularly as a hydrogen reduction catalyst, Transition metal catalysts are preferred, and at least one catalyst selected from the group consisting of palladium-based catalysts, platinum-based catalysts and nickel-based catalysts is more preferred. |
