titleOfInvention | Transfer material for circuit formation and method of manufacturing circuit board |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To easily and stably transfer a circuit pattern to a semi-cured insulating substrate or a ceramic green sheet even when the circuit pattern is narrowed. The present invention provides a transfer material for circuit formation and a method for manufacturing a circuit board, which can obtain a highly accurate circuit board. A transfer material for forming a circuit used to transfer a circuit pattern to an insulated substrate or a ceramic green sheet in a semi-cured state, wherein the transfer material is provided on a base material and the base material. A transfer material for circuit formation, comprising: an adhesive layer containing a gas generating agent that generates gas by stimulation and having a reduced adhesive force due to stimulation; and a circuit pattern formed on the adhesive layer. |
