abstract (57) Abstract: Provided is a resistor plate laminate and a component using the resistor plate laminate, which enable a resistor having a required resistance value to be formed inside an etched wiring pattern. A plurality of conductive plates having excellent conductivity and a plurality of resistance plates having a predetermined specific resistance are laminated, activation treatment is performed on each surface to be joined, and the activation treatment surfaces are opposed to each other. The resistance plate laminated material 22 that enables a resistor having a required resistance value to be formed inside the wiring pattern by performing contact and overlapping and lamination is manufactured. In addition, a component applied to a printed wiring board, an IC package, and the like is manufactured using the resistance plate laminate 22.
