titleOfInvention Power transmission belt
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a power transmission belt having high strength and high modulus, a small reduction in belt strength after running, and satisfying excellent bending fatigue resistance. SOLUTION: A core rubber 3 is embedded in an adhesive rubber layer 2 along a belt longitudinal direction, and a compression rubber layer 4 provided with a plurality of ribs in a belt longitudinal direction below the adhesive rubber layer 2. In the V-ribbed belt 1 in which the base cloth 5 is laminated on the upper part of the layer 2, the cord 3 is composed of a noose composed of a polyparaphenylene benzobisoxazole fiber of 400 to 1,700 dtex and an aramid fiber of 400 to 1,700 dtex. The total fineness is 3,000 to 7, It is characterized by being constituted by a twisted cord set to 000. The cord is manufactured using, for example, a flyer twisting machine.
