titleOfInvention | Method for producing three-dimensional fiber molded body |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a method for producing a bulky three-dimensional fiber molded body in which the inner surface shape of a mold is transferred favorably to the outer surface with one mold. SOLUTION: An external force is applied to a composition containing water and a surfactant to foam the foam so that the bubble content is 20 vol% or more, and then the foamed composition has a fiber content of 10 to 7%. The fibers are dispersed so as to be 0 wt% to form a fiber-containing foam. After filling the fiber-containing foam into the mold 13, the fiber-containing foam is dried in the mold 13. |
