abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] As a bonding agent for bonding a semiconductor element to a support member, since it can eliminate the effects on the environment and the human body and has excellent heat resistance, mechanical properties, and electrical properties. Alternatively, there is provided an epoxy resin composition for a conductive resin paste suitable as a conductive paste for establishing conduction between insulating layers of a build-up printed wiring board. SOLUTION: An epoxy resin (A), a phenol and the following general formula (1); (In the formula, R 1 is the same or different and represents an amino group, a methylolamino group or a dimethylolamino group. 2 represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms. An epoxy resin composition for a conductive resin paste comprising, as essential components, a polyhydric phenol (B) obtained by reacting a reaction raw material containing a compound represented by formula (1) as an essential component, and a conductive powder (C). |
