abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a farnesylacetone preparation excellent in the persistence of a tick control action, and to provide a method for sustaining a farnesylacetone tick control action. SOLUTION: The microcapsule containing farnesylacetone, wherein the microcapsule is formed from polylactic acid or a polylactic acid-based polymer.
