titleOfInvention Treatment method for waste liquid containing quaternary ammonium salts
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for treating a quaternary ammonium salt-containing waste liquid capable of improving the durability of a zeolite without lowering its TMAH adsorption ability. SOLUTION: A molded product containing barium carbonate or calcium carbonate as a main component, or a barium carbonate and calcium carbonate coated product coated on a substrate, or granular alumina is used as a biotoxic ion removing agent, and the TMAH-containing waste liquid is subjected to the above-mentioned ionization. By contacting with a remover, phosphate ions and acid ions in the waste liquid were removed by immobilization on the compact, Ba salt coating or granular alumina.
