Manufacturing method of fine powdery functional material |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially advantageous method for simultaneously producing a composite of a functional organic component and a ceramic component based on a different idea from the conventional one. . SOLUTION: An aqueous slurry (C) containing an organic component (A) having a functionality and a ceramic component (B) is supplied in a fine droplet state into a tank of a spray drying apparatus, and a hot air is supplied into the tank. The drying and pulverization are achieved while the droplets come into contact with hot air in the tank. As a result, a finely powdered hybrid product obtained by hybridizing the organic component (A) and the ceramic component (B) can be obtained at once. |
