SOLUTION: The base of the -588C / T gene polymorphism site and / or the -23G / T gene polymorphism site of the γ-glutamylcysteine synthase light chain promoter gene sequence of the subject is determined, and the coronary artery of the subject is determined. A method for evaluating the risk of illness and a partial sequence of a DNA comprising a specific sequence, wherein the DNA comprises a continuous sequence containing at least one of t at position 1340 and t at position 1905.
